Ruined my life with failed back surgery.

Dr. Mobley has done 9 surgeries/ fusions on my spine and hip. I go back to him because I know I can trust him. He is very gifted in his field of Neurosurgery. He has excellent bedside manner. His staff is always kind. He’s helped me through problems with my back that I thought would never go away. Although I’ve had different problems after my first surgery, each surgery has helped in the way it was supposed to. He listens and cares. He gives me the time I need and never rushes me. That’s very appreciated! Especially when I feel like others don’t listen. I’ll continue to go back to him if something comes up. Thank you Dr. Mobley! Kari

Worthless

Mobley destroyed my being. He gave me a terrible infection, nicked my L5 nerve ...I'll be on Lyrica for my life when he told me it would be temporary. I hate this man more than you can imagine. He moved on to destroy other other lives and doesn't care. My pain is at level 9 and if he paid attention to me when I was on the table it could be zero or livable but now I pray HE takes me every night in my sleep. I've tried everything possible and what he did destroyed from qualified doctors to where they can't do anything.

They really took the time needed to take care of me and explain what needed to be done. Amazing to work with!! I would definitely recommend them!

Dr Mobley helped relieve a tremendous amour of pain I was in by doing my 4th back surgery. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. He went out of his way to get my surgery scheduled and deal with my insurance. I would absolutely recommend Dr Mobley to anyone.

If you can get to Dr. Mobley he is a great doctor. But his staff is awful. They make mistakes and then put those on the patients and lie about the things they’ve done. I’ve actually had to start recording phone calls with them just to later on prove that they said one thing they are now claiming they didn’t. For all the pain you go through with the women and the office manager who does nothing, I would not suggest this practice at all.

I have never been into a Doctor's office that is so awful. Dr. Mobley is amazing but his staff could care less about you. They seem to be covering up their mistakes by blaming patients. He is a wonderful doctor but it is a lot of stress dealing with the office staff.

Dr. Mobley is absolutely amazing as a doctor. I have had four back surgeries by him and they have all been great. His office staff, however is horrendous. Sue has to be the most rude person I have ever encountered in a medical setting. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing half of the time and end up blaming the patient for their mistakes. They do nothing to try and help and the office manager is a complete joke. I even had an insurance advocate try to help me with them as a third party and she said they were incredibly rude to her as well. If you want to put up with three caddy women being in charge of whether or not you see the doctor, that’s up to you, but just know you’re going to have to also pay to go see a therapist for all of the trouble and stress they cause.

I called countless times and never got a phone call back from anyone in the office. Also, there were times when I would call the officeband nobody answerEd the phone and the voice mail was too full to leave a message.
