Uncomfortable and Unprofessional Experience My experience with this provider was disappointing. Communication and professionalism did not meet the level I expected, especially considering the amount of trust patients place in healthcare professionals. I left the interaction feeling unheard, unsupported, and uncomfortable with how concerns were handled afterward. What bothered me most was the lack of accountability and empathy once issues were raised. In my opinion, trust and integrity are critical in healthcare relationships, and unfortunately I did not feel confident in either by the end of my experience. I would encourage others to ask detailed questions, document everything clearly, and make sure they feel fully comfortable before proceeding with care or professional services.
