Welcome to my Web page. I am glad to have the opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my practice and areas of expertise. I am committed to providing the highest quality of care to my patients.

Biography
I have been interested in the field of psychiatry since I was an adolescent. I was and still remain fascinated by human behavior and the processes that lead to mental illness.

About my practice
One of my main philosophies in the practice of medicine is that treatment is a collaborative approach amongst patients, their physicians and other treatment providers. I encourage patients to participate fully in the medical decision making process and to engage actively in treatment. One of my areas of expertise in adult psychiatry is treating women with psychiatric issues that occur in relation to the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause. I am also fluent in Spanish.

How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me to maintain a …healthy and positive attitude. What keeps me thriving is making sure to take care of myself in body and spirit so I can dedicate my time to what is important to me: spending time with my loved ones and caring for members.
