Dr freddo is an excellent doctor, now that is has taken over the Arthur ave office, it has changed so much..it is not crazy ,and she keeps to your appointment time, no more long waits..I recommend her. If you have any neurology issues. Dr Freddo is the one to gonto.

I've been with Dr.Freddo almost 20 years and I believe she is at the top of her profession if not one of the best in her field.

My pain management doctor was retiring and I went to see Dr. Freddo to replace my doctor. Dr. Freddo's colleague had referred me to see her. As soon as Dr. Freddo entered the room, she said Why have you come here? I won't prescribe the meds. your doctor was prescribing to you. When I asked why, she said because the meds. you get, are widely sold on the street. I assured her that I'm in severe, chronic pain and that I would never do such a thing. She was yelling at me and making it seem like I was a low life for no reason. She acted like this in front of my wife and a doctor in training. The doctor in training apologized to me after Dr. Freddo stormed out of the room. I was embarrassed and hurt by Dr. Freddo's mistreatment of me. She should lose her job for that kind of offensive, rude, uncalled for behavior. Don't make the mistake I made. Get a compassionate, sane pain management referral.

I had the most unexpected and unpleasant visit with dr. Fredo. As soon as she walked into the examination room she began to humiliate me, in front of my husband, and in front of the resident doctor (who happens to be from the same country as my husband). I have no idea what caused her to act the way she did, she literally treated me as if I was a strung out drug user and my physician a drug dealerâ?¦â?¦â?¦ just because my doctor prescribed Percocet for my back pain?. ..Because I am in sever back pain????? (As she made it extremely clear, and I cannot over emphasize it â??she does not prescribe narcotic,â?? as if I had asked her for this medication. â??This doctor made assumptions about me, without even knowing me, or any of my medical conditions.â?? I was referred to pain management by an orthopedic dr. at Columbia Presbyterian Hosp and to neurology clinic to follow my neuropathy condition. According to Dr fredo I must endure this agonizing back pain for the rest of… life? She literally implied that the only way to get rid of this pain was by dying and going to heaven. Ironically had she bother to read my record she would have known that I am been followed at Fordham Tremont mental health center for mayor medical depression and suicidal attempts. I really canâ??t understand her behavior???? Was she confusing me with someone else???? , Was she having a bad day????? I have gone over my mind trying to understand her attitude towards me. Was there anything about me that was offensive to her? I donâ??t know but I do know that I deserved better!!!!!!! How dare she treat me with such disrespect? Who gives her the right to belittle me. I went to medical appointment in severe pain expecting to be treated with respect and dignity but instead I was denied. I was ridicule, humiliated, discriminated and emotionally injured and I am sure I will never trust this dr with any of my future medical care.

Dr. Freddo is the most intelligent doctor I have ever me. A marvelous diagnostition.

Dr Freddo never gave up on my condition . Kind and compassionate and works under stressful conditions. She worked extremely hard until she was able to identify my condition.

She took great care of me very attentive and concerned making sure my issues were addressed And handled appropriately.
