Dr. Varela-Batista is caring, listens to your needs, I can't say enough about her, she has helped me with my Hip pain (until such time I can get a replacement, not possible now) , my pain is so much better, THANK YOU. I am at a loss for words on how you have helped.

OWCP can be a nightmare, but Dr. Varela-Batista makes it less stressful because she listens to my needs, not only as a patient, but as a recipient of OWCP. I can't thank her enough.

This doctor is quite thorough and clearly enjoys her work -- and interacting with patients. She spends plenty of time with you, and is a very good listener. She certainly is knowledgeable medically, and is up to date regarding medical advances and technology. It is very difficult to imagine a better doctor -- conversation with other patients indicates that we all feel lucky to have found her.

Dr. Varela-Batista is special. She spent over an hour with our 89 year old mother (first time patient with this group). Her staff paved the way for a most excellent appointment experience. From Jessica at check-in to Cristina at check-out...just gracious, empathetic, supportive and very quick! Unbelievable co-ordination in such a very busy office! Dr. Varela-Batista listened to our concerns, conversed in very plain easy to understand terms, recommended a set of tests, physical therapy, and pain management steps after listening very attentively. She's a very special doctor! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor and her group to anyone needing therapy, pain management, rehabilitation. FIVE PLUS STARS!

She is an excellent Dr. She has a great bedside manner and explains everything thoroughly. Seems to really care about her patients and listens.

I have had two visits to her office. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was kept waiting for too long considering the extent of my previous injuries and level of pain. She is a woman who feels that you dare not question her and that she is on the defensive. Did not listen to my concerns or make notes about my history of injuries. Became highly insulted when I told her that I could not wait or sit for an extended length of time. Not impressed with her credentials, education or knowledge as pertaining to my condition. Would prefer going to another doctor if given a choice.
