Dr. Lucius Joseph Doucet, MD

I had a great experience with Dr.Doucet, his staff made me feel so comfortable. He was very kind and definitely took his time with me making me feel super comfortable with our plans for liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift. I look amazing my results are phenomenal! My clothing looks great on me and my confidence has grown. He did such a great job I can’t say enough good things about him and his team! Jillian and the surgery nurses were amazing.

As a young girl I was always uncomfortable and self conscious about my mid section (tummy). I was never comfortable in a swimsuit and barely comfortable in clothing. I waited until almost 40 to work up enough nerve to do a tummy tuck. I had met with numerous doctors in the past and never felt sure enough until I met with Dr. Doucet. We talked about our plan, he understood what I wanted and that's exactly what I ended up with. I am so pleased with my results and surprised at how quickly/easily I recovered. The only thing I regret is not doing this sooner. I am so pleased!

Dr Doucet did an implant exchange for me. My implants were over 10 years old and my breasts started to sag. He discussed that just exchanging the implant will not achieve the best lift possible... I would need an actual lift with an implant. I decided to just do the implant for now b/c of scarring. But I am so thrilled because he chose a higher profile implant that is new since I had mine so many years ago. This gave me just enough lift and fullness. So Happy!

Went in for smaller implant exchange and lift and ended up with a terrible result which he refused to acknowledge. On follow up visit, he reviewed the pictures his staff took and knowing he did such a poor job, he didn’t examine me when he came into the room. I am so embarrassed by the result, it has ruined my body confidence. They are saggier than ever-he did not reattach the area where he removed the top of the muscle implant, made pocket too big underneath the muscle, skin is concave and nipples RUINED! He does NOT care and just takes your money with little regard to the long term effects his shoddy work leaves a woman with. I now have to live with it because I can’t afford to get them redone. Very depressing. DO NOT let this man touch you!

I had lipo and scar revision. Dr. Doucet explained results and expectations and provided other options to consider. I did not feel rushed and I felt comfortable discussing and looking at my body with him. His staff stayed in contact with me throughout the decision making process and handled my post op care wonderfully. I highly recommend Dr. Doucet!

My surgery was completely botched. I looked worse after the surgery than I did before but had a scar now. I had to go to another surgeon (who is incredible!), pay 11 THOUSAND DOLLARS to have his mistakes corrected. After speaking with Dr. Doucet and his staff multiple times no one wanted to ever admit that any thing was wrong. I developed dog ears which he had to attempt to fix (thought I didn’t want him touching me again) and even that didn’t go well. A hematoma developed from that procedure. He is a train wreck. Terrible bedside manner. It’s a shame because his staff are all really nice people. He should not be allowed to perform tummy tuck surgeries. This Dr. is a train wreck. Terrible bedside manner. Dr Doucet did an implant exchange for me and I love my new look. He listened to me and then let me work with his coordinator to pick the right implant size. My scar is small and virtually unnoticeable!

Had a terrible experience with him. He is rude and not thorough, he doesn't care a bit about his patients. I highly discourage anyone from giving this creep any business

My consult with Dr. Doucet was great. He patiently listened to my needs, did a quick but thorough examination and asked if I had any questions. He took his time and didn't seem rushed. Pleasant experience.

I waited about 40 minutes and spent 10 minutes with the doctor in a a very cursory "consultation." By comparison, I visited two other surgeons for a consultation as well. Both of the other physicians were MUCH more thorough -- reviewing detailed medical history, examining me thoroughly and spending quite a bit of time reviewing surgical options and pluses/minuses of each option. Both of the other consultations were a good 45 minutes. Dr Doucet did a quick visual inspection only and gave a quick recommendation. The total cost comparison was Dr #1 = $75, Dr #2 $125, Dr. Doucet $150 (Doucet actually charged my insurance $300 but most of it was disallowed). Needless to say I did not chose Doucet, and I had a great surgery with great results with Dr #2. I would NOT recommend Doucet at all.
