Lucy Q. Shen

I have been seeing Dr. Shen for many years since she took over some of Dr. Groskeutz's patients. Dr. Shen is phenomenal in her diagnostic capabilities, thoroughness, empathy and professionalism. So what if people have to wait a few extra minutes to see her. This is one of the premier eye facility in the world. Aren't we fortunate to have access to the quality of medicine practiced here. I'd wait all day to see her!!

Appointment at 10:25 waited 45minutes. I was told by staff 3 people must be seen before me so I left. Booked my appointment more than 6 months ago, this was not acceptable to be late and not having the staff notifying any patients.

Let me tell you. Dr. Shen is the best eye doctor in the world to me. She help me correct my left eye problems another eye doctor seriously damaged. My left eye vision is much better than before because of her care and skills. I will tell everyone to checkout Dr. Shen. She operated on my right eye I can see out of it better than ever before, she is very good. Go to her, check her out, she's the best ever.
