To make it short believe the negative reviews and then add a few more. There is not enough room to write all the negative things I have to say about Dr. Bronfin and her staff.

Outstanding in all categories

Dr. Bronfin is so amazing. She is always adressing all my concerns. Her secretary is also amazing i believe her name is Linda

Smart, knowledgeable, and thorough with a wonderful bedside manner. She listened carefully to my complaints, did thorough testing (and explained everything) and came up with a plan for me. I wish more doctors were this thorough and caring.

i certainly don't understand the comments...yes i had to wait to long and left but made another appointment and came back...i was properly diagnosed and told what i need to do...i have done as told surgery was avoided and the results were excellent...yes not good management of time...however bottom line my issues were dealt with...i know what they are and am very happy with the way the doctor took care of me..

Money, Money, Money is what this doctor is about, first you have to confront the receptionist, my sister was in pain, money, money, money. We do not mind to pay any co payment, we do all the time when required, I was getting so upset that I took my sister to a nice and humanitarian, DOCTOR near by. Interesting thing that one of her patients, when leaving was crying and helpless, murmuring not to be back to see doctor Bronfin. Afterward we read the opinions in all reviews we found. I understood why so many people don't like her.

Save yourself time and stress and do not see this doctor. She did not help me at all and told me that all of my symptoms were in my head. She advised me to take a B12 supplement and see a counselor. She ignored the fact that another NYU doctor ruled out vestibular issues as the cause of my dizziness and made me wait one month for an Eye and Ear Infirmary appointment to confirm the results I had already given her. She was rude and cold while examining me. I suffered for 5 more months until another Neurologist properly diagnosed me with Whiplash. Her staff is warmer than she is .

The worst. After filling out all the paperwork for a new patient was asked for the co- pay. No problem here's my Amex. They don't take Amex. No problem here's my personal check. They don't take checks. Okay I will pay cash after I see the dr. No they said you must pay up front. Wow I am glad I left .

I'm shocked to see the negative reviews on this physician. I have seen her over the years for multiple conditions. I have a complicated medical history and I have consistently found her to be professional and to competently perform only necessary neurological testing. I have found her diagnoses to be accurate and treatment and/or referrals to be appropriate. She is efficient but has always spent an adequate amount of time with me during the appointments. While I don't believe that a physician should be judged by the amount of time you wait, I have never waited an extraordinary amount of time to either schedule an appointment or in the waiting room waiting to be seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Bronfman both for her compentency and her bedside manner.

Do not go to Dr. Bronfin, find anyone else and they will most likely be better than her. I am in doctorsâ?? offices weekly because I have a rare connective tissue disorder that causes problems with every part of my body and I am quite well read about all of its side effects. I told her what the problem might be and explained my history â?? now with most doctors this makes things easier because once you know youâ??re looking for a specific problem caused by my genetic defects it makes it easy to find - not Dr. Bronfin. She got back my images and said nothing is wrong, itâ??s just a neck spasm causing your pain and you have headaches, youâ??re fine. Well, I sent those same images to The Chiari Institute and they had me come in straight away because they could tell something was very wrong with my neck and brain. If I went in to Dr. Bronfinâ??s with no idea what I had I wouldnâ??t say Dr. Bronfin was awful, this is not an easy issue to detect, but when I tell her the problem and all she… has to do is find it on an MRI then I can fully say she is not qualified to be anyoneâ??s neurologist. Sheâ??ll dismiss your complaints and send you home in pain and wondering if youâ??re imagining it all. Iâ??m a candidate for brain and spine surgery just from the images Dr. Bronfin dismissedâ?¦so seeing anyone besides her has to be better than seeing her.
