I have been her patient since 1997. She is like a family member to me. She pays attention to every detail of my health, and she is very caring, very supportive.

I have been a pt for many years. I have seen The Dr when I ask to see her. I like the PA I have. The customer service is horrible at times. There is one of 5hem who is rude. She needs her job so I try not to deal with her. Overall she is ok. As long as I follow her directions I stay healthy They take time sit and listen. My longest wait has been 30mins.

Was a long time patient in the office for approximately (3) years. Went in experiencing female issues and blood work showed Vitamin D deficiency. But instead the doctor noted that I had ischemic heart disease, but never discussed , nor prescribed or even referred me to a is cardiologist. But fraudulently used incorrectly codes, causing the patients to be stuck with bills, while having insurance. that is covered. They are not concern about their patients, If this happens to you, contact me for more information. Victoria

TERRIBLE DOCTOR! BEWARE!!!! THIS DOCTOR WAS THE CAUSE OF MY MOTHER PASSING AWAT DUE TO A SKIN CONDITION. THIS DOCTOR DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE SERIOUS CONDITION MY MOTHER WAS IN UNTIL WE WENT TO ANOTHER SPECIALIST WHO SENT MY MOTHER TO THE ICU. MONTHS LATER IT WAS TOO LATE AND MY MOTHER HAD PASSED. ALSO, DO NOT GO TO HER NIECE WHO IS A GYNOCOLOGIST, SHE IS TERRIBLE TOO. THESE DOCTORS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I AM WRITING THIS SO THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO YOU OR A LOVED ONE. MY MOTHER WOULDVE STILL BEEN ALIVE IF ONLY WE WENT TO ANOTHER SPECIALIST SOONER. R.I.P. MOM.

Dr. Stzern and her PA are wonderful, especially DIna. The staff tries but they are not the most professional when it comes to customer service. Not friendly over the phone, however they have extended hours which is rare.

Dr. Sztern has been my physician for over 20 years and I would very highly recommend her for your physician. She discovered a severe medical problem that I was not aware of and sent me for x-rays and then to a reputable surgeon. Had Dr. Sztern not recognized and followed up I may not be here today. So, in my books, Dr. Sztern was and will always be an angel. I say, if the wait is longer than you anticipate, then just meditate!

Dr. Sztern insists that patients buy some medications from her office directly and will NOT write a prescription for them - in the name of "controlling" the medication and then she charges almost TWICE what a pharmacy would at full retail. I complained to my insurance company and she fired me as a patient. Her wait times are absurd, patients NEVER see HER, just her PAs and I have yet to receive my records from her, despite requesting them a week ago.
