HORRIBLE. AND THEN - when you want a 2nd opinion when you are told to wait a MONTH BEFORE HE'LL EVEN ENTERTAIN doing a SIMPLE BIOPSY (to know what we are EVEN DEALING WITH) they will WASTE MORE OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME. To make matters better, when you want your chart to go get the treatment HE KNOWS YOU LIKELY NEED - it's the run around to get it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. **OH AND PS - staff ain't great either. One likes to say no problem I'll have it ready tomorrow - while someone AWARE we are already EXTREMELY UNHAPPY stops that. SO AGAIN. why different policies and procedures for different clients. Patient have full access to their medical files. **IF YOU ARE A SMOKER DON'T BOTHER STEPPING FOOT IN HIS OFFICE**

Dr. Marcus really took his time to listen to my problems and concerns and to explain to me what the problem was and all of my options. He truly cares and made me feel comfortable and not rushed. It’s hard to find a doctor who takes the time to listen and educate you these days.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marcus for several years. I have suffered from allergies, sinus difficulties, and ear infections and he has helped me with every single problem and therefore improved my quality of life. I only wish I went to him first! His experience, knowledge, and talent are evident in the results of his work. He answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease with my treatments. I recommend Dr. Marcus to everyone!

I was hearing rumbling sounds mainly when I was going to sleep,after a couple of weeks of this I went to Dr.Marcus.He put me in a plexiglass room to listen to the bells,horns & other noises that would get weaker as the exam progress.A young girl was in charge of this.Towards the end when the sounds are getting very weak another young girl comes into the ajoining room where the girl giving me the test is and starts talking to her,I can hear them,messing up the end of my test.I come back the next week,Dr.marcus says nothing about the test and tells me he doesn't know why I'm hearing the noises or which ear is causing it.I went to my family doctor he checked and told me it was my right ear.Thank god in a few weeks it went away by it self.What also happened in a few weeks was I get letters from two hearing aid companies trying to sell me hearing aids.I wonder where they got my name from?...Don't waste your with this doctor.

I am so grateful for Dr. Marcus. He is incredibly knowledgable, caring, and thorough. He took extra time with me when he noticed a mole on my arm and felt it needed to be biopsied and removed. Turns out it was cancerous and he may have saved my life!!! This was not even the reason for my visit. However, the reason for my visit was taken care of and I would never go to another ENT.

When our insurance changed he refused to send the Dr. who did take our insurance a referral for my husband's procedure to be done. He said if he wasn't doing it then he wasn't sending a referral. He also has no bedside manners.

He cares about his patients and is thorough. Very academic. Good with difficult diagnosis. Has a lot of emergencies from other offices, so sometimes can run late. But, that is ok. Someday I may be the emergency

I will say the office personel were pleasant. But I felt Dr. Marcus was cold, sometime rude and with no personality. Maybe pompous would be a good word to use for him. First visit, I thought maybe its me, but the next two visits didn't change my opinion. I would not recommend him to anyone. I left the office very upset by some of his comments. So..I guess we all can't be as smart as he...But a sense of kindness and humor goes a long way with a new patient. For a simple problem that took two hours each visit. I would certainly look for another doctor.

Dr Marcus is very academic and has a lot of experience. His exam is complete and he picked up on problems that aren't even in his field, which were missed by my other physician.

This doctor needs a new job, he obviously does not like people. He seems to know what he's doing, probably because he has been here longer than anyone else.
