Dr. Magdy is the most caring person. He cares about his patients well being. He explains everything and answers all the questions you might have. He makes time and is not rushing you in and out of his office. Dr. Magdy "YOU ROCK"

Rude and unresponsive. Got a second opinion on his diagnosis and treatment plan and the doctor scoffed at Dr. Magdy’s medical advice.

He wanted to charge me around $400 for a office visit with my insurance, what a CROOK!!!!!!

After seeing Dr. Magdy for years and always getting on well, was shocked at his demeanor when I went in for test results. I do believe that since he couldn't pinpoint my actual illness, he got frustrated and took it out on me. I got my records and never returned.

Discharged from hospital without responding to pt issues. Due to lack of interest on the doctors part and incompetent hospital staff, pt admitted through er 3 days later.

The office suite has another provider's office and as a result patients have limited seating. The front office staff's rapport is typical of most doctor's offices in need of more compassion. Staff was rude and not caring of patients in pain. Only take cash or checks. Billing statements did not match my explanation of benefits. Dr wants to make a ton of follow up appointments..one being just to say labs were normal..so patient feels like a dollar sign instead of a human being. Dr did not look up from writing nor did he seem interested in my problem.
