I never even got to see this doctor. After waiting 8 months for an appointment, I arrived just 8 minutes late and they had already given my spot to someone else. Completely unacceptable. It’s very obvious this office overbooks patients, which explains why so many people say they feel rushed. This isn’t patient care—it’s a volume business. Patients are treated like numbers, not human beings. When I asked the office manager how my appointment could simply be given away, I was told that my time “belongs to the doctor” and she can do whatever she wants with it. That response was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero regard for the fact that I’ve been in pain and waited months to be seen. The only positive experience was one gentleman at the front desk who actually showed compassion—the only person there who seemed to care at all. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office if you expect basic respect for your time or your health

My PCP at NYU-Langone recommended Dr. Mehrazin for a suspect neuropathy condition. I have seen her three times in the last 6 weeks. She is extremely thorough in her work-up, which is not yet complete. Personality-wise, she is charming, a good listener, and a clear and complete responder/explainer of everything that's going on. Her Nurse Practitioner, Kim Dore, is also great. Both are very responsive. Appointments are kept on time. There is always plenty of time for discussion; the appointments are never rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Mehrazin.

She was adversarial, favored cognitive bias over listening to patients, and was disrespectful, creating a hostile environment. She made many errors during clinical visits that showed she hadn't reviewed important, documented, sensitive medical information. If you question her expertise, she retaliates by challenging the rest of your care regimen while you're undressed and vulnerable, by canceling procedures altogether, or by inaccurately representing the clinical encounter in her notes. She did me considerable harm. Avoid this doctor, especially if you already suffer from complex conditions.

I found the staff to be very professional and they handled me with utmost care and were concerned about my welfare. The doctor was careful to check my medication and realizing that what I was taking was not getting the best results for me...She prescribed a better remedy that so far is making me feel really good. I can say that she saved my life because of her excellent bedside manner and how she cares for her patients
