Dr. Mai T. Pham is the most personable, intelligent, kind, respectful, and detail-oriented ophthalmologist (eye physician & surgeon) I have ever been treated by. After being evaluated and mis-diagnosed by several other ophthalmologists, Dr Pham immediately correctly diagnosed my chronic eye condition and provided a treatment plan that actually improved my condition upon starting her recommended treatment plan! Dr Mai T. Pham provides patient-centered care and spends the necessary time to explain what your condition is, why her treatment plan is necessary, how it will improve your condition, and then answers all of your questions. You cannot find a better ophthalmologist who is truly invested in both your eye health as well as your overall health, and who will spend time explaining and thoroughly answering all your questions. She truly cares about her patients! The pandemic has definitely presented many challenges for all medical offices I've been to over the last year, but… Mosier Eye Center is doing their best with extremely difficult challenges. I have only had to wait once for about 20 minutes, but I would wait 2 hours or more, if necessary, because Dr. Pham is the best I've found. Fortunately, she is now with Mosier Eye Center, which has a great reputation in the Fullerton community and which also provides exceptional customer service. Mosier Eye Center goes above and beyond to provide a safe, clean, COVID compliant environment. They keep patients socially distanced throughout the entire office, they immediately clean each lobby chair, and the staff thoroughly disinfects each piece of testing equipment and each exam room, as soon as each patient leaves. Air Purifiers, with True HEPA filters, are in use in every exam room and throughout the entire office, from the front office to the back office and in between. Of course masks are required and the office is following all of the CDC guidelines: before entering the office, patients must answer and sign a recent medical history / questionnaire and temperature checks are obtained outside for every person, including staff, before anyone is allowed to enter the medical office. They are performing all the required steps to minimize COVID transmission and practice safely during the COVID pandemic. Again, Dr. Mai T. Pham M.D. is the best ophthalmologist I have ever been treated by. Now that Dr. Pham is with Mosier Eye Center, she has a significantly helpful, professional, kind support team from the front office staff to the back office technicians. You will be grateful you didn't waste your time with another ophthalmologist's office. I only wished I had found Dr. Pham sooner!
