I see her every 3 months and I've been her patient for over 4 years and she is a great Dr. She got me to where I needed to be

A friend of mine is a patient here and she went through a dangerous period of withdrawal unneededly because the man who was to reschedule her appointment refused to leave a message to the psychiatrist to get her prescriptions refilled. She called in, in a panic, asking for her medications and the man answering the telephone was incredibly disrespectful and said “well you should have just booked an appointment.” There is NO REASON why he can’t just do his job and leave a message to his boss saying a patient needs a refill. My friend is very shy and she didn’t know what to do so just hung up. I am astounded as to why ANYONE would want to employ such rude men to be in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t know what is so difficult about leaving a message to his employer that he thinks his personal laziness and entitlement is worthy of putting a patient into potentially life threateneing withdrawal. These five star ratings are a lie. Get better customer service or do not expect to be considered a… quality doctor. Would not recommend. Would give a zero if it was allowed!

Limited interaction with patient, wants me in and out. Doesn't care that I know my body and diagnosis. One time in three years, we really needed to discuss meds that were not working. Then she complained that the visit ran 15 min longer than scheduled. (A drug rep had lunch waiting.) My previous psychiatrist retired, and I miss his personal attention to my needs.
