For starters, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Weinstein walked into the room and had full knowledge of my condition. Asked me questions and satisfied my concerns.

The doctor walked in to the room reading his phone. It literally took him about three minutes to look up and acknowledge me. Last week I was supposed to get a multi-level cervical fusion from a different surgeon. I went to Weinstein for help and a second opinion. Instead, I was belittled in front of my wife and basically called a faker.

Dr Weinstein's office is very busy and his staff is aware of those waiting. They try hard to keep the flow moving. Dr. Weinstein thanked me for waiting, spent the appropriate time with me and recommended additional testing. He is all business and I appreciate that.

Dr Weinstein has performed two different surgeries on my spine, each has been a resounding success with little pain post surgery and I can walk easily again. He and his staff are the most caring, considerate and thoughtful professionals that anyone could wish for ! I can - and have recommended him to several friends, all of whom have had similar wonderful results.

I met with his ARNP & was very pleased. She was very professional and very helpful.

Waited almost 2 hours to see him , but I was seen by his nurse practitioner . Need better appointment scheduling

I arrived at my appointment of 2pm at 1:40pm. I was called up by staff and was informed I had a copay if 50.00. I advised the office staff I do not have a copay but I had a deductible. I called my insurance carrier and they told the staff I had deductible not a copay. Mind appointment was delayed with no apology. I was called to a room at 3:20 pm. I didn’t even get to see Dr Weinstein. I saw the nurse practitioner instead. I am very upset with how the staff handled this. They used a vendor called Avality who has my benefits incorrect. No one from office even tried to help me correct it for future visits. I have insurance but yet no one went the extra mile to make this right for me,

My first time seeing Dr Weinstein, and from the moment he came in I felt it wasn't going to be a good experience, no handshake or anything. He right away was rude and his attitude is not at all professional, he seemed mad because I did not know what shots I got from my pain management dr. He said with out that info he wouldn't be able to do surgery, and then turns around and starts looking at X-rays on computer to then say what the surgery would consist of, I was confused with that because of what he said earlier. I felt like I shouldn't have been there, that what I had was not worth his time. I told him my primary Dr sent me to him. That being said I wouldn't go back, I also canceled PT.

Had AM appt re L4,L5,S1 issues. Although the Dr was very busy he listened intently to all my questions and offered thorough feedback. I was pleased and feel confident to be under his care.

I highly recommend Dr. Weinstein and his nurse practitioner Caitlin. Dr. Weinstein is a conservative surgeon. He requires supportive data before he makes a recommendation for surgery. He operated on both my lumbar and my neck. He was realistic and clear on what I could expect if I decided to go ahead with surgery. Yes, sometimes, I needed to wait to see him beyond my schedule appointment time. The wait was worth it.
