Dr. Marcel Rene Estopinal, MD

I went in for a simple eye exam. Staff wasn't that courteous. Speed was slow. They tried to sell me glasses after my eyes were dilated. I kept telling her I can't see the glasses. Finely I had to say I just want my Rx. When I called back to ask a question about my Rx the lady was so rude and lied to me about the answer to my question. The doctor himself was ok. Not very friendly though. Received a huge bill even with my insurance. When I called to ask about it I was told they take bcbs medical but not bcbs vision. She was rude and kept giving me the run around on why I wasn't informed correctly when I asked if they accepted my insurance when I scheduled the appointment and when they copied my card before my appointment. Worse experience I've ever had from a doctor's office. They take advantage of their patients. I will never be back.

I am the sister of a physician; the ex-wife of a physician, and I know a good physician when I see one. Dr. Estopinal is certainly at the top of the heap!
