Incredibly generous and meritorious doctor. Cares very deeply about how the patient feels and their needs. Over the top satisfaction. Does his job in assessing the patient's situation and properly prescribing medication. Basically, the man does his job and he does it well. He cares about your opinion and what you have to say. His first priority is your health. Best doctor in all of south Florida.

They keep changing Doctors. Each time I go there's a new person that has my chart. My last visit was with a nurse! Not even a real DOCTOR. She was nice but I don't think she knew what she was doing...disappointed.

Poor follow up on patients needs Cash up front at every visit

Let me just start off by saying I have absolutely no idea what the people in the previous reviews are talking about! This has to be the best office I've gone to in a while. The staff is very polite and Dariel the boy that answers the phone did everything in his power to give me an appointment as soon as possible although they were full. The two girls in the front ( Ivonne and Mari) are so sweet! They made me feel as if I was a person rather than just another patient like in other offices where they collect copays and move along to the next without saying a word. The Medical Assistants Nora and Becky are marvelous! Nora is really funny and boy does she have hands of an angel! it didnt hurt one bit when she drew my blood!! Becky worked quickly and efficiently to order my prescriptions online so i wouldn't have to drop them off at the pharmacy. Dr. Nova has a Nurse practitioner by the name of Yoel Cruz working there and he is awesome!!!! Very sweet and he gave the best quality of care!… After a few days Victoria called me to let me know my labs were okay. I didn't have to chase them down for results like I've had to do in other offices. I had the best experience and am recommending this Dr. to all of my friends and family!

Worst staff ever!! Currently looking for another doctor because this office is a mess!!! They deserve 0 stars.

Poor follow up on patients needs

The guy that works there who answers the phone is retarded...That is my only complaint. I cannot understand a word he says.

The doctor is marvelous. The nurse Nora is a dream. However there is one staff member, I believe her name is Nelly, this individual is a monster. I cannot believe that someone with such poor people skills is allowed to answer a telephone.
