Dr. Marcy Eileen Youngdahl, MD

I saw Dr. Y for years and I have nothing but praise for her. She is very thorough. Unfortunately, she has joined a group with a former physician of mine, Jesus Rodriguez, who is also an excellent physician, however it was determined which patients could continue and which ones were not. I gave Dr. R's. office manager a bad review and was unable to schedule further appointments on portal. I am glad to see I am not the only one troubled by the staff on Grissom Rd. I hope their business will not suffer due to inexperienced and unskilled help.

Dr. Youngdahl is an exceptional provider; however, the front staff is absolutely horrible. I have changed PCPs because the front staff is not polite, compassionate, sympathetic or empathetic. I would rather go to a dentist than have my family or friends get treated rudely by this staff. This was not a one-time occurrence, either. I wish that I could select 0 stars below, Unfortunately, I have to select 1 star for Dr Y, so the review will be a 1. Trust me...steer clear!

The absolute best doctor ever!!!

I most say im very surprised at the policy this doctor has i have been assigned to this doctor for the last 6mons i been calling the doctor office for the last two days finally go throught and was refused an appointment because i dont have family that go there or someone to refer me there (QUOTE ) FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE STATED TO THE INSURANCE.COMPANY THAT YOU ARE EXCEPTING PATIENTS YOU HAVE ALSO STATED THROUGHT YOUR OWN WEB SITE THAT YOUR TAKING PATIENTS...THATS FRAUD .. CAN A DOCTOR EVEN DUE THIS .. are you that insecure ... well.maybe its best i due fine another doctor

Dr. Youngdal is the most amazing doctor.. my family has been seeing her for almost 2 years now and I hope to continue for years to come but what I don't understand is why there is always so many new people. It's really frustrating when my kids get used to the same person and than they leave. I went in 2 weeks ago and her nurse anhelca is no longer there ?? I never thought she would leave, she made my family feel so comfortable and my kids loved her. . the girl who put us in the room was very unfriendly and seemed to not really care at all.. we felt very unwelcome as if we were bothering her. Something is going on here to make people leave, I'm concerned that we will have to find another doctor in the future. I hope this is not the case.

I take my 1 yr old twins to see Dr. Youngdahl and we LOVE her! She is so kind and knowledgeable and spends a long time with you. She always makes sure you understand your diagnosis and instructions. She allows you to be a part of your care which makes you feel very comfortable. It is also very easy to get in touch with her via the patient portal. We've had nothing but great experiences there!

Doctor is wonderful but her office staff is horrible. They are very rude and uncaring. If I didn't like the doctor so much, I'd definitely go somewhere else.
