Will not follow up or respond by phone. Typically long wait times. Staff seems apathetic about delays. I guess the status quo is to wait as long as it takes.

Dr. Pappino is friendly enough. The office is clean and well looked after. However, I have never been seen remotely close to on time at this office. Typical wait times have been 40 minutes just to have vitals taken and seated in an exam room. Also, a few years back after first coming to see her, I requested a physical be performed for a new job. She had several weeks before the deadline. The deadline was approaching so I called and called her office. Office staff would brush me off, the deadline came and went she never sent the forms, I didn’t get the job. I normally choose the VA over her since this incident (which is saying something), but my wife and kids like her so I still have to tolerate it.
