You will not get any follow up. The staff doesn’t know who you are even after several visits. Forget feeling comfortable with your doctor.

Dr Maribeth Chong is efficient, effective and compassionate. You cannot ask for more.

Please read the voluminous Yelp comments....mostly all bad. Worst office staff ever. Poor management.

I've been seeing Dr. M. Chong for over a year. She is caring and not pushy and it is very easy to talk with her. If you need urgent attention it usually takes a min of 3 weeks to set an appt. Every experience/visit has been positive.

Dr. Maribeth Chong is a marvelous, caring, gentle, thorough, doctor. My only problem with the practice, in general, is the continuing lack of getting timely results of tests performed. They are working on computerizing such results for each patient. Trying to contact Dr. Chong, directly, is also difficult. The office staff is hard to work your way through.

Maribeth Chong is my PCP on my HMO yet I have never actually seen her, I have only seen her husband, who is a terrible person (he was so great at first, but after the first visit, it all went down hill). Their office staff is useless and has no idea what they are doing. I was hung up on TWICE by a girl named Marcella when trying to get them to refer me to a psychiatrist, only to find out 2 MONTHS LATER that all I needed to do was call and make an appointment with one, they never had to authorize it. I HATE Marcella. I told Dr. Yoo Jin Chong (the husband) about the problems I have had with her and he blew up and yelled at me and told me she was like family and I was lying because she would never treat a patient that way. Getting them to call back with lab results or follow up with a patient and send something urgent off to get authorized is like pulling teeth. It's not going to happen unless you bug the heck out of them. I'm rushed through visits, nothing I say matters, I just get… talked over and told I am wrong. I really hate this office and I have no idea how they have such good ratings. Some of the office staff are very nice and say they will get things done ASAP, but they never do. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a doctors office.

I always feel confident when seeing either Dr Chong or her husband in the practice.They are kind, listen well, answer questions and provide intelligent options.

She is one of the best Doctors ever. She is caring, knowledgable and professional. I'm very pleased with her service.

Dr. Chong is the best! I was able to ask all my questions and she was able to answer them all, I never felt rushed.
