Dr Barak is extremely knowledgeable, he listened patiently to my mother's concerns and answered all of our questions. He definitely cares for his patients. The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly and you receive personalized care, clear explanations. Dr. Baraks is known for his outstanding reputation with successful treatments like cataract surgery.

Dr Barak and his staff are great. Have had 2 cataract surgeries and I have had great results. Seeing clearly is wonderful. I recommend Dr Barak and staff??

Dr. Barak's office staff and the team at the OPP of PVHMC are caring, indulgent, informative, and attentive. My cataract surgery was excellent. I was comfortable and well taken care of. My pre- and post-op visits were pleasant due to Dr. Barak's efficient office staff. Dr. Barak is a no-nonsense, "just the facts" kind of doctor who is confident but careful to give his patient what they need. If ever I need the other eye done I hope I can see Dr. Barak again. Thank you.

I had LASIK done with Dr. Barak and I'm am so pleased! It's a wonderful feeling being able to see things without my glasses. Dr. Barak was very thorough explained everything and also listened to all my concerns. The staff is also very nice and helpful! Would recommend him without a doubt!! Great Doctor!

Cataract surgery with Dr Barak opened up a whole new world for me. One of clear vision with amazing colors. Dr. Barak was professional & gentle. His team wonderful & understanding of my nervousness. I am anxiously awaiting to have my other eye fixed. Love to all at Dr. Barak's office & PVHMC out-patient surgery.

Dr Barak office staff are not good sending reports to the Doctors and they just fax and won't make sure the Dr get it, my eye exam results my doctor still does not have it and when asked they neither give copies and tell us it will cost us extra. Will not recommend this office.
