Made a appointment, arrived earlier knowing I would need to fill out paper work. 3 hours later still sitting there, with a waiting room full of people. My time is just as valuable as the doctors. My impression from listening to the patients waiting is “ he’s a great doc if you have a no-fault case” ...ugh ....just what my lawyer wife didn’t wanted to hear.... The staff is slow, I mean slooooooow and extremely rude. The words incompetent , I’ll trained come to mind. I finally asked for all my paper work back and left. I did call my insurance and let them know what happened so they don’t pay anything for a visit that never happened. I also called a member who sits on the medical review board......something is so shady with this practice! I just can’t put my finger on it!

Staff made many errors in scheduling my appointment. Staff is rude. I called them on it. I was told by a former patient staff is rude but I needed the appt. Waited for an hour to see the doc even though I was the only person in the waiting room. I was rudely laced in a waiting room. When he finally arrived he quibbled with me about information I gave staff and he overheard how I "spoke" to them. He demanded I look at him while he chastised me (I have a neck injury). I decided to leave and find a professional.

Dr Brandon is a excellent doctor. Try and get an early appointment because it is a very busy office and you will wait..But he is worth it..
