I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease a year ago at the age of 68. For several months I had noticed tremors in my right hand and the shaking of my right foot when I was sitting. My normally beautiful cursive writing was now small cramped printing. And I tended to lose my balance. Neurologist had me walk down the hall and said I didn’t swing my right arm. I had never noticed! I was in denial for a while as there is no history in my family of parents and five older siblings, but now accept I had classic symptoms. Dr. Camel removed two vertebrae from my friend's back leaving her with nothing there, she later had metal rods and screws put in my another surgeon to make up for the botched spinal surgery that Dr. Camel performed on her. For the 8 years I knew my friend she was in agonizing pain every day because of Dr. Camel removing vertebrae from her spine, I'm not sure how he expected her spine to stay in place. Dr. Camel butchered my friend so much that she needed corrective surgery at Stamford Hospital which also left her in devastating pain. My friend had only fallen on ice, this was before I met her. I urge you, if you are considering spine surgery, to run away from this dangerous and careless man, consider other options, physical therapy, anything, but do not go under the knife with Dr. Camel. My friend died 2 years ago, she couldn't bear the immense pain she was in and loss of enjoyment of life and I miss her.

He and his team at the surgery center – and all of the team at ONS were extraordinary. Dr. Camel was excellent from the start. He is extremely thorough, confident and a gifted surgeon. His staff is great and Greenwich Hospital is unlike any hospital I have ever been to. Dr. Camel came to check on me everyday which is a rarity these days with doctors. The care is just unbelievable. Thank you, Dr. Camel.

He is a terrible neurosurgeon. DO NOT USE HIM. He is careless, abrupt, and did not treat a post-surgical infection which led to paralysis and permanent damage. Go somewhere else

i came to find dr camel via a referral from a complete stranger and i must say i am so happy with this recommendation. i am 7 days post surgery with dr camel and i am so impressed with him. he is very calm and soothing. he has an amazing bed side manner. he is a magician in the surgery room. his entire team is professional, personal and responsive. he called me to check in after surgery and responds to all my needs. if you have been diagnosed with any orthop. issue please see this group. but if you need a neurosurgeon only see dr camel.travel near and far for him and always be on time to your appointments
