Waited 2hrs and never got to see the Doctor. Staff took all others that came in after me. Staff was incredibly unprofessional and very rude when questioned why is was waiting over 2hrs for my appointment!

Dr. Franklin repaired my husbands shoulder, and made it better than it had been in over 10 years, curing the pain and returning the functionality . I am a nurse and very happy with the professionalism and care my husband received from the first moment to the last. We live near Baytown and although we have the ability to go to any doctor, we have found Dr. Franklin and his staff to be the best not only for the area, but just the best. I have also asked other that have gone to him, and because of his ease with patients, bedside manor and willingness to treat patients as people, everyone I have spoken with have praised him. I myself plan to use this medical professional if the need ever arises.

Would use Dr Franklin for any problem. I had a broken ankle emergency I was able to pay but had no insurance. Often drs and their staffs are rude in that case. Dr. Franklin and everyone at the office treated me with respect and helped in every way they could. He did a fabulous job repairing my ankle and left me with no bad after effects. People were amazed at my recovery and no obvious problems. I only needed self rehab despite severe nature of the break. Like new.

Dr. Franklin did a complete knee replacement on me. I was back at work in only 4 weeks. I was fully informed on what to expect and did not have any surprises. I would reccommend him to anyone.

Its refreshing to find a doctor who really cares, spends time with you and seems to know a lot about his speciality. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr on call when I broke my elbow in 6 pieces. Did 5 1/2 surgery. So nice and explained what he was going to do. It has been 5 weeks and I am recovering well. So kind at bedside.

I totally disagree with the other reviews. I found this doctor to be genuinely caring, knowledgeable and someone I put my trust in. I was happy to reap the benefit of his years of experience.
