I was referred to Dr. Jaffe for my hooded eyelids. He performed upper blepharoplasty surgery, which was painless. His staff was very professional. I can see much better, and my eyes look great!

The absolute rudest, office manager - who actually tried to get away with a lie (Texas Medical Board would love to hear about this!) she was caught in. Misinformed patient of the office processes, requirements. BEWARE of this office. Dr. Jaffe needs to get a handle on his office staff - the front line to his medical practice.
