Dr. Mark Norman Leffert, MD

We have had a second appointment with Dr. Leffert and know that he is the "Man for All Seasons" psychiatrist for me, a patient with multiple psychiatric issues to include Bi-Polar and trauma. Dr. Leffert is a bit stark and forward, does not appear to have empathy right up front in early sessions, but is loving, caring, empathetic and brilliant in discovery in mental illness. As stringent and candid as he might be like, "you could have fooled me," he is the most intelligent and forward moving psychiatrist I have ever met. Go to him and discover the caring, all-encompassing, hard line care that is his. He is multi-talented, aware, listens carefully and knows just what to do with one. I feel so fortunate to have found him in my own mental illness, as there is no one like him here on the shifting planet. I hope that he continues to deliver, in his level of top skill so that I can get well. He is my hope for level sanity, and I am grateful already. He may startle you on… the first acquaintance as he delves, but you will value what he does in the process as you grow. I know.. Kathleen R, patient
