My husband went there for a simple removal of cancerous spot on his nose, the staff was rude, the doctor showed anger against my husband when he told him his nose was not numb, the stitches did not hold one day, he is left with a horrible scar down the bridge of his nose, we are seeing another plastic surgeon tomorrow on the advice of our dermo doctor, that could not believe a plastic surgeon had done this work - stay away at all cost, if I could give him no stars I would have!

My mother was treated by dr Potenza for a lesion that developed quickly and was painful. We found him and his nurse to be rude condescending and very unpleasant He has no bedside manner or empathy for this patient and I seriously question staff’s medical judgement— stay away!

Dr left me with significant facial scarring after a simple mole removal form my cheek. His lack of competency and poor oversight is shameful and a black eye to the medical profession. Avoid this Dr. at all cost unless your appearence is something you don't care about. Dr. Evan D. Abbey

I've had a number of procedures to remove small skin lesions ... I've found Dr. Potenza to be competent but remote, aloof and distant. No conversation to make me feel comfortable... however, the procedures are skilled and competent. I wish he had a better "bedside manner".
