Dr. Mark Patrick Rubino, MD

When I made my appointment with Dr. Rubino, I was told to arrive at least 15 minutes early. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment -- and none of his staff was there. During my wait, I discovered that another patient in the waiting area ALSO had an appointment with Dr. Rubino for the SAME TIME as I did. Fifteen minutes AFTER my appointment time, Dr. Rubino waltzed into the office. About 2 -3 minutes after that, the receptionist showed up and took about 5 minutes to get settled. When I gave her my name and appointment time, she told me that something had come up and that they'd have to reschedule. When I complained, she said that someone was supposed to phone me prior and tell me that and added, "Oops! I guess they never got around to it." So I reluctantly scheduled an appointment for a week later. When I showed up for *that* appointment, I was AGAIN told that something had come up and she asked when i would like to reschedule. I told her to forget it and that I would find a… different neurologist. I found this doctor and office very unprofessional, and it had become quite clear that they did not care about their patients at all.

Dr Rubino gave my diagnosis the same as my symptoms. He said that I had low back pain never had a problem with my low back and it was never mentioned to him. He also looked at the MRI of my brain which I've had three and said that I have had a cerebral embolism which caused the Tia or mini-stroke. I've never had a mini-stroke or anything like it. He was one of multiple doctors I went to and he did everything honest computer if I gave us some Tim he typed it in and said it could be this it could be that. I had already done that on my own but wanted to go above and beyond it. He was hospitable but really seemed black when it came to my issues. Please read your report to make sure there was no false information included. I left a scathing message on their machine of the things he said I had. One of them was B12 might be 12 it's been fun then he had a copy of my color blood test. Do not go to him

He is extremely rude when he is the one late. He seems stressed and overwhelmed, not someone I want coaching me on life skills!

Migraines are no longer an issue

Over 10yrs as a patient. This alone, says a lot.

I have been a patient since 2013 after a car accident. He is a great listener and worked out probl6i was having with meds. Staff is wonderful. The wait in the office is minimal and usually always on time with appointments. I have waited up to an hour and a half at other doctors when they are behind.

Not much help for me..Disappointed.

Dr Rubino is the fourth Neurologist I have been to for migraines and Ms. He listens to what you have to say and is not on his iPad while you are speaking to him. He thinks outside the box and is very helpful when coming up with a plan to help you . I have been seeing him for over a year and and very happy. I have also recommended him to people who have been dealing with migraines, as I have and also a newly diagnosed MS patioent.

I received medical care from Dr Rubino that was compassionate, considerate, accurate and best of all I was treated with the utmost respect.

I went to see Dr. Rubino for a consult he was extremely patient with me. I have been in pain for two years and have tried physical therapy and chiropractic both only offered temporary relief. He spent a lot of time talking with me, and I never felt rushed. He gave me the feeling that he genuinely cares and wants to help. After reviewing my MRI's that my previous doctor ordered, he referred me to another neurologist for an epidural in my cervical spine, a procedure that he does not do. I was seeing another neurologist who had no answers for me, seeing him really gave me hope that I can get my quality of life back.
