Dr. Howerton is an amazing doctor. She takes time to help her patients in whatever way they need. She is caring and goes out of her way to make sure her patients are taken care of.

Dr. Howerton has been my gynecologist since I was a teenager. I have been pleased with her the whole time. I don't always get my paps done by her, but occasionally I'll see her. The nurses there are really nice as well. I began to have some issues with cramping before my periods, and we found that I had an ovarian cyst. We monitored it for several months but it did not resolve, so we ended up having to do a cystectomy/laparoscopy. She did the surgery in something like 45 minutes or less. In and out in a few hours, including paperwork and post-op. She does have a lot of patients, and those seem to primarily be pregnant women, but she and her team always have time to answer questions, are professional and very approachable. I've heard stories about inappropriate male doctors in Tulsa, and I couldn't be more thankful that Dr. Howerton is so professional and approachable.

I had a really bad experiance with my first male OB/GYN when I was young. Doctor Howerton has been outstanding and really cares for you, I have been going to her for 20 years now. I hope more woman follow her path

I met Dr. Howerton during the rotation of my OBGYN's associates. After that visit I told my husband that she would be my new OBGYN as soon as my obligation to my dr. at that time was met. That was 21 years ago and I have been with her ever since. She is also a wonderful surgeon also. I can recommend her with no hesitation.

Dr. Howerton is great. She's very easy to talk with and she really listens. She cares about her patients and doesn't treat us like a number. She is caring, funny & very knowledgeable. She's very gentle during the "dreaded" yearly exam. She induced me & delivered my son. She patted my hand and reassuring me in the operating room before my hysterectomy. She's a gifted doctor and I feel very blessed to be her patient.
