5 star I have not met a doctor who is so interested in his patients as people not just their physical disabilities. He always returns phone calls even if it is after office hours. And he smiles when he talks making you feel really comfortable.

Fabulous doctor but horrible staff. They are uneducated and incompetent.

Dr. Keilson is a doctor that asked many questions in order to get to the bottom the situation

I was recommended to Dr Kielson from my regular Dr after suffering from unexplained seizures. I found Dr Kielson to be very professional good hearted Dr who very much cared for me and made all the necessary medical check up that I needed giving me the right medication to help me and is always available by phone for any concerns or question I need , the waiting time in the office is very short and he spends as much time needed in his office patiently discussing every medical problem I may have taking his time to make sure I am ok, and slowly making sure that I can go off the medication if I need to , not like other doc who prescribe medicines and don't care about the side effects, he very much cares, I highly recommend Dr Kielson to anyone who needs a neurologist he is the best

Dr. Keilson is a caring Doctor with a pleasant personality. He has been trying to help me manage my pain being caused by neuropathy. His staff has been helpful every time I have called. He calls back whenever I leave a message.

The staff I encountered while having two appointments with Dr. Keilson had no knowledge, understanding, and skills to perform the basic medical office/patient responsibilities. Not to mention it seems Malcolm and Ana had not a clue that doctor's orders should be proceed. I am not going through all the list of what the mentioned employees failed since my first to the second - and definitely last - appointment with Dr. Keilson. However, one thing I have to make known to the world and to the potential patients: it took a month to make phone calls once a week during the mentioned period of time, two facsimiles, and finally hanging up the phone on me by Ana, just to ask to receive a phone call from Dr. Keilson as HE needed, not me. Did I mention that Ana did not write down correctly my phone number and when I asked her to double check, she found an error, refused to double check , if she finally wrote it down correctly and hang up the phone on me? As I said it is very briefly what… I experienced with the staff. One more thing. Doctor's referral for one of my tests was not send via fax at all and it took again over a month of my efforts, not the staff's efforts, to complete the tests. I would not recommend Dr. Keilson even though he, perhaps, a good doctor because, if you can not get the tests on time and contact the doctor as per his request there is no quality of medical service.

I find him to be rude .

This doctor is actually quite nice, and it's clear he knows his job. That was never my problem there. It was his staff. Another doctor there told me, after I called for a refill of the Ritalin I was on, that she'd mail/fax in a new prescription for me and call in a hold-over dose. She did the latter, but not the former, and in the end, I had to travel to my grandmother's funeral without my meds. During that little crisis, I was on the phone with one of Dr. Keilson's nurses, and she started to tell me that she knew how I felt. When I told her that unless she was afflicted with MS, then she shouldn't say that to patients, she argued with me and told me that because she works in a neurology office - she definitely understands. Um, you definitely don't. So, I left his practice. Again, not because of the doctor - because of his staff.
