When I first met her, she surprised me with how kind she was and gave me plenty of time to explain my problem. I didn’t feel rushed. She looked at my scans and denied there were surgical clips left on my ureter and told me my problems were non urological when I had a UTI, blood in my urine, I had focal scarring and pelveocalistasis of the left kidney. She called Yair Lotan during my appointment with him later in the day to say she was so sorry, she tried to tell me I just had muscular skeletal pain and didn't think I would still go to him.
