I am very happy with how nice and kind she is. I was very concerned about my wife after she had received a vague returned on her mammogram from a different Dr . I called Doctor Gallagher’s officer and explained how up set my wife was and Doctor Gallagher called my wife and met with her even after her office had closed . My experiences have been nothing but amazing.

Office is in shambles and feels very dirty for a medical environment. Recommended a medication for me but I can't seem to get them to produce the written prescription needed to get it. I've never experienced anything like this. Seems very caring and concerned. Not sure what to think.

Carpet in office is so stained it feels dirty and gross for a medical office. Don't always get a response when leave messages. Very compassionate doctor who listens and doesn't put everything in a neat little box but figured it out

This doctor will make mistakes and neglect to follow up. She is nice but incompetent and unethical. Stay away!

I am a health care practitioner myself trained at Harvard. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Gallagher as my primary care doctor. She is thorough, caring and on top of my very complicated care. Her intellectual acumen is outstanding.

I have been seeing Dr. Gallagher for four years for chronic and complex health conditions. She is one of the few doctors who has taken time to know me as a person, treat me as a collaborative partner in my care and to persevere when others have given up. She is wonderful with children and I wish we lived close enough my whole family could see her (I make often an hour drive because she is that good when it comes to treating chronic illness and pain.) She is always researching and up on the latest meds/treatments and makes sure her PA and nurse practitioner are as well. Yes, wait time can be long at times although I know that is something they are always working at improving - but the reason she gets backed up is she does try to squeeze people in when urgent and takes extra time with patients when needed. Be patient as when it is your turn she will give you her undivided attention. She fights hard for her patients - whether it's taking on insurance or getting you the needed treatment -… she is a fierce advocate for her patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Gallagher for 3+ years now, as well as my wife and 2 1/2 yr. old. I can't say enough about how wonderful every experience has been.Once I heard a few patients complaining about their wait time.I asked the 2 people, so how long ago did you set up your appointment?They both said that morning, like 3 hrs. or less prior.I laughed, and laughed, and they started to look angry.I smiled and said do you have any idea how hard it is to get an appointment with a Doctor, let alone an excellent one the same day? Are you guys serious?You should feel lucky to be able to be here waiting!I've had other doctors that they could see me in two months,for something that needed immediate attention!So when I saw the 1 star rating above, and read the nonsense and lies, I felt obligated to write about my experiences.Best doctor I've had in my short 35 year experience.P.S. I gave 3 stars for wait time, I'd like to be able to walk right into the exam room and see Dr. Gallagher waiting for… me with light fare and refreshments, possibly a moist warm towel, but will have to put up with mere excellent service till then.

Dr. Gallagher was recommended to me by a friend who at the time had one child. I was pregnant with my first (3 1/2 years ago). I met her prior to having my child and immediately felt great about her. Yes, there are times we have to wait, but when you do see her, you are never rushed and you feel that you get her 100% attention. I now have another child and she has continued to provide excellent care to my two children and myself. The staff is ALWAYS extremely helpful and so genuinely kind to my children. My oldest actually likes going there to see everyone. In my experience, if staff in offices (not just medical) are not polite to you, it might be that you are not polite to them. So everyone should be aware of how they treat the staff.

staff are very rude. not once did i get in for my appt without waiting at least 45 minutes. and when you confront the staff about it, they act like you are an inconvinience to them are very rude, if anything they make you feel more sick, especially Jamie is very unprooffesional. i will not be going back there!!
