Dr.Amezaga is very dedicated and caring.She is also very competent.After suffering for many years, she was able to make a correct diagnosis and prescribe the right treatment to allow for my remission.

What can I say ?? A Rheumatologist like no other. I actually owe another doctor for pulling the string for me to get into this highly sought after practice! Dr. Amezaga is highly intelligent, breaks it down so the Novice understands...Answers all questions ! Addresses all of your concerns and then goes above and beyond. I have been around the block a few times being suffering injuries sustained in the line of duty of my profession. Dr. Amezaga is clear, precise, clearly has the love of helping the quality of life of her patients. Confident with her decisions as well!

Dr. Amezaga is amazing. Rheumatoid is a difficult disease for me and she always interacts well, explains and recommends. She seems to have an almost identic memory and is able to relate well. Listen and discuss so there is agreement on treatment is her style and I enjoy the respect that I am shown.

I agree with the comments saying this doctor is dismissive and confrontational, even insulting. She may be brilliant but her patient relations are sadly lacking. Sounds like she has good days and bad days, or relates to some patients differently than others. I saw her twice and both were on her bad days. Take your chances I guess.

Dr Amazaga Urruela is wonderful.She is on top of everything and very discerning.I was so lucky to have her as my Dr. .I went to several before she made the correct diagnosis.After years of pain and struggle I am on the mend after she was able to send me for the correct tests for positive diagnosis.The BEST!

One of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor. Dismissive, confrontational, and completely unhelpful.
