Dr. Maximillian C Soong, MD

Very disappointing visit. I saw Dr. Soong to follow up on a wrist fracture from last year that continues to hurt and weaken my wrist and hand. He explained that it had healed oddly and there really nothing to do - perhaps surgery but may or may not work. Also, unhealed torn tendons - may just be from my age ("at 63 everyone has tears"). Again, nothing can be done. After pressing about PT, a brace, anything that can get me back to golf, he wrote a script for PT. He was in and out within 10 minutes. I felt dismissed and frustrated with no plan forward.

Based on my experience, I believe that Dr. Soong engages in the practice of patient profiling in addition to a lack of bedside manner and misdiagnoses based on a pathetic excuse of an exam.

I have been seeing Dr. Soong for over a year now. He is my all time favorite Dr. He sits and talks with you and does his best to make you understand what is going on. I have seen numerous doctors and nobody could help me. I saw him and he immediatley explained and showed me my bones were not aligned. I am so thankful to have seen him. He has done everything in his power to help me. Highly Recomended Doctor for any hand related injury. 5 STARS!
