Dr. Maya R Patel, MD

Every time I come here I have to wait atleast for 1hr. The front office girls are really rude. Except appt the front office girls do nothing. Everything else you need to contact the doc. They don’t even print your reports. You need get appt from the doc for that also. If you ask any question to then they direct you to the doctor, and if you ask the doctor she will blame on the front office. Very rarely your calls will be attended. They will take your name and no. but the doc will not call you back. They always overbook the doctor schedule. Poorly managed!!! Wil not recommend to anyone. Jus because the doctor is ok I patiently wait for my turn every time I visit.

Impressive doctor - very thorough and knowledgeable.

Went there twice and had to wait 45 mins to 1 hr in the front office both days, even after making appointments and arriving on time. When we complained about it, instead of an apology, we were told that we weren't welcome there. Abyssimal customer service, rude, and no regard for other people's time.

She knows me and she knows medicine.

I have been Dr. Patel's patient for a few years now but unfortunately my family and I have very few nice things to say about her medical care. She absolutely NEVER gets back to us about ANYTHING, even when we call back weeks/months later. You can be in the waiting room for upwards of 2 hours, her Indian peeps come first ALWAYS, and if you're a pill seeker than ding ding ding, you've reached the right doc!! I've never seen a doctor write scripts so fast and readily, EVEN WHEN THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED! I've never been one to write reviews but seriously, look elsewhere!

this doctor is very passionate about her work and is obviously very knolegeable and compassionate
