Dr. Mehran Manouel, MD

Dr. Mehran Manouel is an exemplary doctor. After my injury which required surgery, I did not know who to turn to or which doctor I could trust. Dr. Manouel was kind and patient and explained my situation and everything that needed to be done in a clear and professional manner. The surgery was a success because of him and I am very grateful to have been under his care. He is a brilliant doctor who has had many years of experience and is a distinguished expert in what he does. His staff is also excellent and extremely supportive. Overall I highly recommend this truly remarkable surgeon.

First time about 21 one years ago I saw Dr Manuel for second opinion and I found out how knowledgeable he is and honest , the bc the problem solved with a very simple exercise and for the same problem other Drs want to cut my body to pieces and do surgery. to make money . It's almost impossible to find a Dr like him with knowledge and person like him to be honest and practiceto help people not to help his pocket . Since then all my family and friends going to him , I strongly recommend him to those people that really like to go to Dr to get well and not to those people that like to go to con man that opened an office and practicing med for money

Horrible, never revived call back. (Able orthopedic) after protest was told i would receive a call back in 5 min not received. i was given a $1000 perscrition for a gel that did nothing, with $400 co pay. Was todl won't be seen next week, and we will get back to you when we are ready. 100% unprofessional, uncurtious, or carring. I got done done within a week at New York Orthopedic hospital which alleviated and greatly helped me with my pain. Do not go do this non-professional.

During my knee replacements he had his staff check on me twice a day And I haven't had any problems since the surgery

I never was seen by Dr. manouel, however his Physician Assistants are th ebest!

Never again will I make an appointment with this office. it took 4 hours to see a pa when I requested to see the dr. it took 3 minutes to check me out with no real feedback on my situation after 4 hrs, then the person flies out of room. the staff are totally unprofessional what a joke. do your research and find a better orthopedic dr.

I did not know who the doctor was in the office since the assistants run the office. Never saw him again after he did my surgery even though I went there a few times.

The first time I visited this office I waited for two hours until I saw someone. Then when I saw the Dr., all they did was confirm my foot was broken (which I already knew) and sent me somewhere else to get my cast. The second time I went, I waited for an hour for an appointment that lasted about 3 minutes where they told me to wear the cast for 2 more weeks and take it off. They never indicated that I would need physical therapy, but I started experiencing foot pain. My 3rd visit to this office was by far the worst. I waited for over 2 hours, the office smelled like a dumpster and the roof was leaking. They took about 30 seconds to confirm I needed physical therapy and recommended a place to go. This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to.

I am in training for the NYC marathon. After a long training run I experienced pain on my actual knee cap (patella) and localized swelling. I did not want to break my training, so needed an appointment quickly and Dr. Monouel's office was very quick in taking a same day appointment. That's where the good ends.Upon arrival the staff was rude. The doctor himself never saw me but rather his assistant. I was referred to take an MRI. His assistant once again saw me, and read results off a piece of paper and told me the knee looked fine. I asked to get a copy of the results and when I read through them at home, found I had a ganglion (cyst) in the area causing the pain. His assistant failed to mention what I think is a huge piece of information.The doctor did not return my calls to his office to discuss this and I was ultimately forced to call another orthopedist.What a joke and waste of time.
