Dr.Buttross is wonderful. I initially took my very elderly mother to her for care upon the recommendation of a friend, and my mother and I were delighted with her care, kindness, and attention to detail. Then I started seeing her as a patient, and my opinion of her has not changed.

Several years ago, I was getting cataracts in both my eyes. Dr. Butross replaced the cornea in each eye on separate occasions. As an older patient (82), I have enjoyed nearly 20-20 vision ever since without glasses! I use $6 drug store readers (have a bunch of them sprinkled around for when they are misplaced) for only those occasions when I have to read some fine print. Dr. Butross is highly competent, compassionate and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Dr. Buttross is knowledgeable, vibrant, and dynamic. Very through and precise in her diagnosis and continued care. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with cataracts and in need of surgery.

I am a Neurosurgeon and I have been a patient of Dr. Buttross' for many years. I have also referred my family and friends to her. She is an absolutely SUPERB physician. She is thorough and has such a kind and welcoming bedside manner. You could not ask for a better ophthalmologist!
