Dr. Melissa Beth Friedland, MD

Have been coming here for about 20 years now and I've always been very happy with the service that I have been given very happy with the people that work there there is only one thing that I think could be run better and that would be the phones when you call sometimes I'm on hold a little to long. But that's about the only thing I could say negatively

She is the very best family physician

Every time I go pick up a prescription from the pharmacy there seems to be a problem. When I try and get the doctor's office staff to correct it they are very non-responsive.

I have been seeing this doctor's office from past 6 years. As always they are busy and front coverage/office staff a are fine but I wouldn't give them 5 stars. When we had emergency and not that emrgency to go to hospital emergency room you want to see your doctors thinking that they already have my backgorund and treatment should be easy. But when we went to see 5mins right after the closing time and the office doors were still open with doctors inside(saw 2 of them)they really was not concerned to see or say something because we came right after 5PM and asked us to go for emergency room. It's time for me to change the doctor. Please don't waste your time. You pay insurance every month no matter what and once in a year you get to see your doctor(Knock on wood). What is the purpose of paying insurance if you don't get that service when you need it?

I love Dr. Friedland. She takes great care of me and my family.

Dr. Friedland is an exceptional doctor. It is very hard to get emergency appointments to see her. She works with her patients and includes in the plan for treatment. She is very responsive when you get past the front office staff. The front office staff is much to be desired. Takes along time to get through on the phone and you wait on hold for ever. Doctors in this practice are great the office staff is horrible.
