Mr Lightford is a good doctor he listened to you and tell you what the problem is and give you the diagnosis of what's wrong with you I would recommend anybody to him who needs to see a doctor.

Dr Lightford is a great doctor and, I was in his office yesterday had been sick for 3 weeks and, with his care I'm finally getting back to feeling much better thanks to his decision making for my health his has been on top of it from day one. Dr Lightford is an awesome doctor, he listen to the patients and help the patient understand what is going on with there health, and I would never want a different doctor. I only feel comfortable with talking to him about my medical needs. He truly cares about his patients and treats them as if they were family.

Dr. Melvin Lightford is very much on point as a PCP. He listens to your concerns. He ask questions to get a clear understanding of your needs are. Dr. Lightford asks questions and wants to know who your specialists are so that he can be going in the correct direction regarding treatment.

Dr Melvin Lightford has been my doctor for over 20 years and, I would recommend him to everyone when it comes to my health has stays on top of the situation and, helps me to get the problems resolved if I need to make an appointment his office goes out of there way to get me in to see him.

For me Dr. Melvin Lightford was o e of the best doctors to attend to me. He is very approachable. Meaning whatever problem you have medically he will attend to ot, suggest other doctors if it is not his expertise, allow second opinion ions, and listens to you very attentively.

Dr. Lightford is extremely professional and patient. He never rushes even though he's very busy. My chronic health issues have been in strict maintenance under his care!

Avoid using Metrocenter Healthcare if you’d actually like to see a doctor. I’ve been a patient for about 2 years, and it’s rare that anyone answers when you call. Their system has callers leave a message that staff are supposed to return (but only about do about half the time—occasional phone system problems or not), including clinic owner Dr. Melvin Lightford (who never bothered to return my recent message when trying to discuss these persistent issues with him a *second* time in about a year.) Their website’s Make an Appointment feature email-confirms that you’ve requested an appointment and that they’re “working on it,” but doesn’t actually put through to staff your request for appointment. The email address listed at their website is invalid and bounces. And clinic manager Tiffany Lee’s voicemail is full, so don’t count on any help there. Not sure how a practice that treats patients with such disregard and neglect can continue to practice medicine. Just wanted to share my… experiences. --late May 2022
