Dr. Michael Francis Conlin, MD

I am allergic to the generic version of the drug prescribed but am continuously given that generic version which I have to pay for and then also pay for the right prescription when I can get it. Not happy with this situation.

This physician requires his patients to review their own lab results and notify him if they are not in normal ranges. That’s very difficult for many people todo. It is also next to impossible to get prescriptions renewed by this office.

Misdiagnosed my illness. Extremely rude when I explained what happened when I went to a specialist who diagnosed me correctly. In addition, seems to charge for services not performed.

The Dr is a very kind CARING man with a giant heart and his staff is top notch professionally with the added Southern charm and humour. GREAT DR HIGHLY reccommended

seems to just want to give you a pill to fix all prioblems or run test. Office is terrible about returning call. Dr Conlin doesn't remember you from one visit to the next--and I was seeing him every three months :(

If asked, always found Dr. Conlin willing to discuss the whys and wherefores of any treatment. Felt he was very thorough in making sure various procedures were recommended (e.g., colonoscopy at age 50, etc.) Was used to having complete bloodwork done annually; once I started seeing Dr. Conlin on a regular basis, I was having bloodwork done every 3 months (I have high BP, so have to go every 3 months for check up and prescriptions), so I asked why since I never did before. He gave a full explanation and I learned something in the process about the meds I was on that I hadn't known before. Was dismayed to find out today that he has left Kaufmann Clinic. Hope to locate him at his new practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Conlin for 4 years, I have been very satisfied with his care. He is concerned and listens to what you have to say and takes time to explain your situtation.

Upon returning to the area, I needed out of state rx's filled. Dr. Conlin would not just re-fill these serious meds without a check-up and blood work. His findings saved me from a certain massive heart attack and an existing and (unknown to me) kidney failure. He could have easily refilled the meds and scheduled a follow-up exam in a couple of months. The surgeons that I encountered to repair me told me that I did not have a couple of months left! I owe this man my life!
