Dr. Michael Esantsi, MD

Dr. Esantsi is calm and thorough. He is also very detail oriented. When I went to have some lab work done once, one technician told another that she had better get it right because this doctor has memorized all the codes in their system. He is awesome.

I was very happy the staff got me in very last minute, I was a new patient, and Dr Esantsi took his time, very well bed side manner, he took his time and listened, Having a Compassionate Dr makes a world of difference, I would recommend if you need a New PCP like I did, the staff staff got me in at the end of the day and didn’t rush me through the visit .

Dr. Esantsi is a great and wonderful doctor and this is only possible because of his wonderful and amazing staff Megan, Sophia and let me not forget again to mention “Rubie”, whom I failed to mention in my previous review.

Dr Esantsi is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and patient with us. His staff Rubie, Sofia, and Megan, they are also very respectful and patient with my family and us. I would recommend him to anyone.

I can say Dr. Esanti is an awesome Doctor and I met him in 2018 when I had surgery and decided to make him my primary doctor. But his staff is not great to work with at all. You call to get things done and you get rushed off the phone before you can finish your conversation. I understand you're busy but the patients needs are important. If you are overwhelmed get help from your colleagues that are sitting in the same area on there cell phones. Treat patients like you'd like to be treated when you walk in or call a doctor's office.

Dr. Esantsi has been my primary care provider since 1996. He is an excellent doctor. He listens to my concerns, answers all questions and has a staff that is top notch. If you're looking for doctor, he is the best around

Dr. Esantsi has been my primary physician for over 10 years.. He makes certain that all treatment plans are understood, and that I can call him anytime, if I questions or need additional medical assistance. He takes his time with me, as if I am the only patient in the office. He has a delightful bedside manner and a calming personality. I highly recommend Dr. Esantsi to anyone that wants a thorough examination and a medical experience that is positive, informative and first class.

Dr. Esantsi is good, but his staff is not very helpful. They do not answer the phone. Prior authorizations take many calls and sometimes an office visit to get processed. They always say they are working on it. But the insurance company does not hear from them. It is difficult to get prescriptions.

Dr. Esantsi is a great doctor but his staff is very unhelpful when it comes to getting prescriptions filled. Every month is a battle with the office to get prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. I have to call several times they don't call back., the pharmacy staff faxes the office and calls them multiple times as well but every single month it takes numerous days to get in contact with them then days to get them to fill prescriptions. It is an endless cycle of stress in a situation that shouldn't be so stressful every month, multiple times a month.
