Dr. Michael S Fitzsimmons, MD

I have known Dr. Fitzsimmons for almost 50 years, having grown up together in Ann Arbor. My family always knew him as a kind, honest, dependable and caring individual, a person that would become the kind of doctor you'd want to take care of anyone you knew. Over the course of his practice he has helped care for me personally, as well as my mother and father during very difficult times. I've always had nothing but confidence in his opinion and skills. What I am reading into a couple of the reviews here is that some people cannot handle honesty or a physician who may take the conservative route when it seems most appropriate. This is the mark of a good doctor, and if Mike is anything, he's a good.....no make that great doctor!

This excuse for a physician thrives in seeing mentally ill patients in pain. He doesn’t listen to his patients and then bills insurance improperly. I have to prove I fell at home and not at work (I didn’t even have a job). Do yourself a favor and find someone else to be safe.

Dr. Fitzsimmons is a wonderful doctor. He is very personable to work with. He performed surgery on my left hand in 2014 and most recently gave me cortisone in my right hand. I have improved 100%. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Very very good at what he does !
