Dr. Michael Phillip Fragen, MD

Be very careful of this doctor. After giving me Botox and a filler at a dpa, he td me to text him with any concerns. I was not given any paperwork to take home and although I was given papers to read and sign at the spa they were taken away before I was able to finish reading or signing as Dr was ready for me. He,assured me everything he was doing was "safe" and that was it. I was in horrible pain that night - and after that my eyelids swelled up horribly and my vision was blurred. None of that has gone away. I texted him (per his instructions) three times about my issues - told him I was getting scared. He told me to forward my "nuisance complaints" to the spa and that texting him was a "privilege" and was not to be abused. He offered no help or suggestions at all. I am still scared. I have no idea if my symptoms are from the Botox or the filler or if they will ever go away. Oh - and the lines on my forehead are not any better at all. Horrible experience and to think I paid for it!

Dr Fragen is a little unconventional, but he is very easy to talk to and he seems very knowledgable about sports medicine. I like that he explains things in language that I can understand
