Dr. Michael Germain

I waited 5 months for an appointment, to which I arrived early. This office refused to treat me because they said I hadn’t arrived early enough to complete their paperwork. That wasn’t true as I did in fact have time to complete almost all of it before the lone receptionist informed me she’d heard from ‘the back’ and I’d have to reschedule as I hadn’t followed rules they never told me about. I had received no communication about arriving early, and I did not receive the paperwork in advance. The office was almost empty, and I had the impression they just didn’t want to treat another patient that day. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

The doctor visit itself was ok. The follow up care was both rude and unprofessional. I had critical lab results were poorly communicated including 2 nearly 1 hour on hold experiences and climaxing with being hung up on. I was also told that I was called and that a detailed message was left which was a complete lie. Terrible experience!

Dr Germain is the best Doctor I've ever had he takes time with me and runs appropriate tests to get a accurate diagnosis and he is very prompt with referrals to specialty Doctors and he has a great bedside manner. I feel very lucky to have him as my Doctor.

Very patient oriented - listens well and health restoration focused. Doesn't ban aide problems. Superb knowledgable doc!

Dr. Germain is my new primary doctor. I went in for a yearly physical. I have never spent so much time with a doctor. He asked questions, listened, made suggestions and took his time. I am impressed. I do not have information on follow up yet. But so far so good.
