Dr. Michael Robert Jordan, MD

Dr. Jordan seems like a nice enough guy. Great communicator - HE IS NOT. My appointments with him have been an exercise in patience. You will visit and visit and visit and visit this man with care coming at a trickle pace. Each office visit adds up on your wallet and unless you demand to see him personally, I promise you will be pushed over to his P.A.. His department and TOA see entirely too many patients per day and as a result you will most likely receive a lower level of care. He is forthcoming with answers to your questions but doesn't offer much unless you specifically ask. My largest problem with him is the lack of options. He does not offer alternative brands or types of injections. When I asked to try a different type of injection medication, I was quickly informed "We only offer"______. Of course I asked why and was told they are contracted with one (1) pharmaceutical company and could not order a different type of injection. Like Henry Ford used to say "You can have any… color you like, as long as it's Black"! This is Very Poor, High-Volume, medicine. Do yourself a favor, find another Doctor, live long and be happier for it. Because who likes to have to start over with a different Dr. after finding all this out?

Doctor Jordan is a fantastic doctor, he’s very kind and will take the time to listen to your specific problem. He tries other methods before doing any surgery. Thank you Dr Jordan.

Great 1st experience.

Dr. Jordan has always treated me with respect. He did multiple surgeries on my knee and ankle in 2010 following a significant car accident. I healed well and I could not imagine going to anyone else. Then, I recently began having issues with my shoulder. I immediately requested that my PCP send me to Dr. Jordan rather than anyone else. I saw him the other day and he was clear, concise, and as always a perfectly kind doctor who pulls no punches. He tells you like it is and he is not a pill pusher (which I love). He has a fantastic bedside manner and a great team of people working with him. I actually look forward to going to physical therapy because I am confident that his team of professionals will handle my care with the utmost respect.

Dr Jordan and his staff are very efficient. Did not have to wait long, but he took his time and answered my questions.
