Dr. Michael Seanhillega Kain, MD

This Dr. Did a large surgery on my hip. Sent home with no instructions....did PT...which wasn't helping. Two months later he had me have an arthroscopy done to help diagnose what was happening (why the surgery didn't work) after the arthroscopy...I was supposed to hear from him...I left a msg every Monday morning for five weeks. I NEVER heard back. He disappeared, never cared to help me. I'm left with a LOT of issues now and new pain and symptoms including swollen lymphnodes all around the area he worked on... HE HAS THE WORST BEDSIDE MANNER. I am a great patient, I do all I'm told. He was scared of my body because I don't fit the mold. I have rare genetict conditions to which I told him from jump...(if you cannot fix this please tell me and don't leave me this way). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this surgeon AT ALL!!!!!! Who says oh your young if we do the replacement you'll die or have a massive infection in five years. Trying to scare me. I recover from surgeries when done correctly… and the correct surgery. I never leave a review like this but I would not want anyone to go thru what I have due to this man.

I need a hip replacement and Dr.Kain and Megan James were caring to my fears, they explained the surgery and didn't make me feel rushed. I feel comfortable now with going forward with the surgery.

I had to rate the wait time a 5 even though sometimes I waited 20 minutes or so to see him. It is worth it, he does not rush his appointments, so If you have 100 questions he will answer each one of them, he takes his time making sure you understand everything that is going on. One of the best doctors I have had. He was my surgeon and performed Surgery on my hip, I was terrified (i was in my early 30s), his bedside manner before and after my surgery put me at ease.

Not only is he a brilliant surgeon, but he also has a wonderful personality

I tried to explain to two doctors a problem I was having. They both expected or assumed it to be one thing. I met with Dr.Kain and he explained to me the problems I was having even better than I could explain to him. He is young, no kidding there, but he puts you at ease quickly with his knowledge. I am glad to have met and intend to stick with him as my joints continue to host arthritis parties.

Simply the best.

Dr. Kain is a fantastic doctor. I have been to numerous Orthopaedic doctors in the past and rates the highest of all. He is straightforward, honest and extremely intelligent. He surpasses all others in his field by far.I would recommend Dr. Kain to anyone having a hard time finding a great specialist.For many years I have searched for the best Orthopaedic doctor and I happy to report that I finally found him.
