Dr. Michael Andrew Malloy

Don't bother! Dr. Malloy's office is run like a circus. Debbie Mills, if she is still there as office supervisor, is not a person who should be in that position in my opinion. I had problems with my six month appts where I was required to see a registered nurse instead of Dr. Malloy and she cancelled both appointments I had with her and rescheduled due to her migraine headaches she has often. I had to wait over two months to see her the first time and the second time I had to wait another week or so. Very little to no notice was given to me for Ms. Donnell's absences. To top it off when I requested a refill for my maintenance medication this office sent a message to my pharmacy that I have been reduced to a 30 day supply versus my normal 90 day supply for Cymbalta because I was late for seeing the doctor. This is not true. I have NEVER missed an appt and when I mentioned these procedural errors to the 'Office Supervisor' and asked for an explanation for the reduction of my… medication, she blamed it on the pharmacy and dropped me as a patient officially and slandered me within the Warren Clinic organization. I followed up immediately with the pharmacy and they have the proof that this order for my medication reduction came from Dr. Malloy's office. Too bad really because I liked Dr. Malloy vert much. Impossible to work with him or his office under the direction of Debbie Mills, office supervisor.

I was a patient of Dr. Malloy’s for about 10 years. I always really liked Dr. Malloy as a person and I think he means well overall. Unfortunately, over the years it’s been difficult to be his patient. The warren clinic office of rheumatology itself is not ran well. Over recent years, I found that getting a question about my care outside of appointments was difficult to come by if you called the office. With lupus, especially at first it was hard to know what to do with symptoms. In recent years, I tried to ask questions (minimally) via the warren clinic “my chart” online resource. I asked a question regarding my medication and an antibiotic I was taking. I didn’t receive a response for two weeks. I asked why the question took that long to be answered and I received a response from a LPN saying “schedule an appointment”. Ironically, he’s very difficult to schedule an appointment with as he has so many patients now (he’s usually 4 months out). So, I asked again about the delay in… response and if they read what I had I originally asked. Within several days, I received a message that my upcoming appointment in a month was canceled. I called and was told that I had been fired as a patient. No explanation. Honestly, the experience was very painful as I felt misunderstood and shut out by the staff at Warren Clinic. I did not disrespect them in my messages. I simply asked why no one responded. If you decide to see Dr. Malloy, he will take all the time in the world to talk to you in the appointment but if you need help outside of office you are out of luck. The new doctor I go to at the Tulsa bone and joint is respectful and thorough. The office staff is efficient and frankly pretty pleasant to deal with.

I have been going to Dr. Malloy for as long as I can remember he used to be in an office with another Dr.when he moved to Warren clinic I went right along with him I have had the same Dr and the same nurse she came with him they are a great team they always ask how my grandson is doing and listens to all my aches and pains and works with me so I can feel my best I really don't know what I would do without him and Tiffany I hope I am with them for many years.

He is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Hope to be his patient for many years to come.

Dr. Malloy is a very caring and thorough Doctor who spends as much time as needed with each patient as necessary.

Dr. Malloy is truly the most caring and kind Person/Doctor. I have sent friends to him, that like him as much as I do. I would recommend him to anyone who has rheumatoid problems. Thank you Dr. Malloy for bing a wonderful Blessing.

The doctor and staff is very friendly and outgoing. They are very concerned about meeting your needs and answering all of your questions. I am very proud to be able to find someone it is kind of hurt again and willing to spend time and answer all questions that I have no matter how silly or strange they may be. I don't mind if they run late with my appointment because I know that they are visiting and giving information to other patients and I appreciate them giving me that time. Therefore I appreciate them giving other patient s equal time.
