Michael J. Thielman, MD, is board certified in otolaryngology, head, and neck surgery, and practices a full range of ear, nose and throat services, including placing ear tubes, performing tonsillectomy surgery, correcting nasal breathing problems and performing advanced skin cancer removal and reconstruction. He also treats patients with allergic diseases and issues with a broad spectrum of approaches, including immunotherapy, medical and surgical treatments for nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis. Dr. Thielman completed his medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, and his residency at University Hospital and Clinics in Madison. He is the chief of surgery at Ministry Saint Michael's Hospital and the medical director for otolaryngology, general surgery, dermatology, audiology and wound care at Ministry Medical Group in Stevens Point. He is a Stevens Society Member of the United Way in Stevens Point, coaches youth football, basketball and soccer for …the YMCA, and enjoys snow skiing, golf and tennis.

Never told me what I should expect after surgery- doesn’t answer my questions- had an appointment for in office procedure- he didn’t do it... just looked up my nose and said it’s healing nicely. Really don’t feel much better than prior to surgeries, and they were 4 months ago

Dr Thielman is excellent. He treated my children since kindergarten who have ADHD. His interpersonal skills with children and their parents are outstanding.

Im looking for dr.theilman and wanted to know if he use to work at burlington iowa hospital 11 or 12 years ago? if so i have been looking for him for along time, my daughter was involved in an accident and dr thielman fixed her and we always wanted to thank him. because of him my daughter has choosen the medical field and is a nurse in galesburg illinois, please let me know if i have found the right dr. thanks brenda smith. tell him it was a deer who tore my daughters face and he fixed it.
