Recently visited this office for the following up after the cataract surgery. In my opinion this office care more about the money than the patient.

Waiting for more than 2 hours what is a bad business in the world

we usually have appointment with him but the time is not on time , we have to wait FORE HIM MORE THAN 2 HOURS IT IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR HIS DOING HIS BUSINESS, HE NEED TO REFORM HIS OVER FLOAT, WHAT APPOINMENT FOR? SO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS? CAN YOUN RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITH THE DR. VU MICHAEL ?

Waiting time is HORRIBLE, sometime it takes more than 3 hours to be seeing...the place is also nasty, dust is all over the office, there are magazines and newspaper everywhere; the bathroom is filthy. Bad experience, I will NOT recommend this place.

Terrible. Worst experience ever. Doctor doesn't even clean eye lenses. Will get wrong prescription.

Been going to this office for eye exams since I've lived in Orange County. I have had good experiences and care year after year.

Poor and unfriendly comminications with Elderly Patients

Long waiting time, at least 2 hours. This doctor has very poor bedside manner and has no respect for his patients. While waiting you can hear him yelling at his patient in the next room.
