I am a licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience in individual, family and couples therapy. I have a strong foundation in trauma including developmental forms of trauma, attachment issues, and abuse and neglect. I am very experienced with depression and anxiety related struggles, co-occurring disorders, life transition, and family and/or relationship struggles.
